Our mentor and founder

Our story began 84 years ago on one of the most remarkable corners in downtown Morelia. A true gentleman and guardian of tradition, Don Manuel built his business around the values that defined him: passion for his work, discipline and sound management. These three qualities allowed him to overcome generational, political and economic challenges, as well as the many changes experienced by the city over the years.
